Job summary

VirTra, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative Tier 1 in Orlando to lead the initial configuration, testing, and on-site installation of VirTra firearm training simulators.

You will train customers post-installation and perform service trips as required, including international travel up to 75%. You will inspect and assemble systems, troubleshoot issues, demonstrate models, and maintain documentation with ISO:9001 processes in mind.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with troubleshooting electronics or hardware installation.
• Mid-level PC support or diagnostics.
• Experience with PC Networking.
• Knowledge of Windows OS Troubleshooting (XP, Windows7 & Windows10).
• Experience with Audio/Video equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and test VirTra systems at customer sites.
• Provide on-site training after installation or as requested.
• Travel for service trips including international assignments.
• Troubleshoot, update and service VirTra products and simulators worldwide.
• Demonstrate simulators and explain functionality to customers.
• Obtain signoffs on installation and training; document items.
• Submit trip reports and supporting documentation within 24 hours.
• Coordinate travel per policy and manage expenses.
