The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering and have 3 years of experience with medical imaging equipment. Responsibilities include providing field service support, executing installations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience servicing/installing medical imaging equipment.
• Experience servicing and troubleshooting industrial equipment.
• Significant skills with software installations and upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for break-fix issues.
• Execute new system installations and preventive maintenance.
• Build rapport with customers and follow up on issue resolutions.
