Job summary

Jekson Vision GmbH is seeking an onsite service specialist to install and support our vision systems at customer sites. You will resolve technical issues in coordination with software, embedded and CCD teams and prepare service reports.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical engineering, has 1–3 years of field experience, and is willing to travel worldwide with eligibility to work in the USA.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical engineering.
• 1–3 years of hands-on service and troubleshooting experience.
• Willingness and eligibility to work in the USA and travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Onsite installation and support to resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate with software/hardware teams to resolve bugs.
• Coordinate with sales and dispatch for RMA and supply issues.
• Prepare service reports and meeting minutes.
• Educate customers on the system usage and maintain documentation.
