Impact Recruitment Ltd in Menomonee Falls, WI, seeks an electro-mechanical technician to own capital equipment lifecycles. You will lead FAT on the shop floor, install at customer sites, and drive ECRs to influence future designs.

This direct-hire role offers autonomy, global travel, and visibility with the CEO, reporting directly to leadership. Expect 40 to 70 travel days annually, high-voltage panels, PLC/HMI work, and hands-on problem solving with premier automated systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of field service depth with automated machinery.
• Proficient reading electrical/mechanical prints.
• Willingness to travel 40–70 days per year with passport.
• Own a full personal electro-mechanical toolset.
• Clear communication with plant managers and client teams.
• Residence within driving distance of Menomonee Falls, WI.

Responsibilities

• Lead FAT on the shop floor and SAT at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot high-voltage panels, motors, and sensors.
• Manage PLC/HMI firmware and field commissioning.
• Provide remote technical support and training at client sites.
• Submit Engineering Change Requests to improve designs.
• Coordinate trade show logistics for live machinery.
