Qualifications

• 2 years of hands-on field depth commissioning/servicing complex electro-mechanical industrial machinery.
• Able to troubleshoot automated systems using multi-page electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Willingness and ability to travel 40–70 days per year, both domestically and internationally.
• Strong communication and professionalism for operator training and client collaboration.
• Resident within commuting distance of Menomonee Falls, WI and hold US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site machinery installations, system integrations, and SAT at client facilities worldwide while guiding operators.
• Perform PLC/HMI software downloads, verify logic parameters, and work safely in high-voltage control panels.
• Schedule and execute FAT procedures prior to shipment to ensure zero-defect quality.
• Submit Engineering Change Requests based on field insights to improve future designs.
• Oversee technical setup and electrical hookup for industry trade shows.
• Collaborate with design engineers to ensure seamless handovers and site readiness.
