Qualifications

• 2+ years of dedicated field depth commissioning, servicing, or maintaining electro-mechanical industrial machinery or capital equipment.
• Fully comfortable troubleshooting automated systems, wiring controls, and interpreting multi-page schematics.
• Willing and able to travel 40–70 days per year with a valid passport.
• Customer-facing communication with an organized mindset for training, field service logging, and client collaboration.
• Must reside within daily commuting distance of Menomonee Falls, WI and possess a field service toolset.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site machinery installations, system integrations, and final Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) at client facilities worldwide while guiding site operators.
• Diagnose electro-mechanical systems, troubleshoot faults, and implement durable solutions using schematics.
• Perform PLC/HMI/software deployments, verify logic, and work safely on high-voltage and multi-axis drives.
• Lead FAT procedures on production line before shipment, ensuring zero-defect quality.
• Propose Engineering Change Requests to design engineering based on field feedback.
• Oversee technical setups for industry trade shows, including mechanical alignment and electrical hookup.
