Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS is seeking a Field Quality Engineer to monitor and improve global field quality across multiple sites. You will analyze field claim data, track KPIs, and coordinate corrective actions to reduce CoQ.

The role supports B2B accounts and cross-functional investigations, including Product Liability cases, with domestic and international travel up to 20–30%. You will collaborate with plant quality teams, legal, and leadership to ensure timely escalation and robust corrective actions in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years in Quality Engineering roles or field quality.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
• Experience supporting customer audits in manufacturing.
• Experience analyzing warranty or field claim data.
• Proficient in root cause methods (8D, RCA, FMEA).
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills with Excel or similar.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20–30%).

Responsibilities

• Monitor field quality data across multiple sites and track KPIs.
• Coordinate corrective actions and follow up on CAPAs.
• Prepare structured field quality reports for management.
• Support B2B claim analytics and Cost of Quality insights.
• Lead investigations for significant field incidents with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure documentation, escalation, and effectiveness of actions.
