Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to monitor and improve field quality performance across multiple sites. You will analyze field claim data, track KPIs, and coordinate corrective actions to reduce field-related risks and CoQ, while supporting B2B accounts with proactive claim analytics.

You will collaborate with plant quality teams, legal, and leadership to ensure timely escalation and effective corrective actions, traveling up to 20–30% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Field Quality, Product Reliability, or Manufacturing Quality.
• Understanding of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
• Experience supporting customer audits in manufacturing environments.
• Experience analyzing warranty or field claim data.
• Working knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies (8D, FMEA, RCA).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20-30%).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer audits and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Monitor and report field quality KPIs across multiple sites.
• Analyze warranty/field claim data and support CoQ tracking.
• Lead cross-functional investigations (8D, RCA, FMEA) for significant field incidents.
