Job summary

Equinix is seeking a visionary VP, Global Field and Partner Marketing to lead global field and partner marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth. You will shape strategy, align regional programs with the GTM plan, and partner with sales and channels to scale impact.

Reporting to the SVP, Marketing & CMO, you will build a high-performing team, manage budget, define KPIs, and collaborate across product, content, digital and corporate communications to maximize pipeline and ROI.

Qualifications

• Deep B2B marketing leadership across field, partner, and demand generation in global technology environments.
• Proven track record of delivering pipeline growth and revenue outcomes across regions and partner ecosystems.
• Experience building and scaling global marketing frameworks that drive consistency and regional execution.
• Deep expertise in partner ecosystems, including value propositions, MDF/incentives, and co-marketing strategies.
• Strong background in data-driven marketing, sales alignment, and cross-functional GTM integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop global field marketing strategy aligned with GTM and business objectives.
• Oversee regional programs including events, webinars, workshops, and ABM.
• Collaborate with regional sales to drive pipeline and revenue.
