Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Seattle is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end programs that shape AWS infrastructure outside big data centers. You will align cross-functional teams, define scope and success metrics, and drive adoption at global scale.

The role focuses on building roadmaps, managing dependencies, measuring outcomes, and mentoring others in planning and stakeholder management. A strong background in program leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Knowledge of general AI tools.
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, multi-team programs end to end, from defining scope and success criteria through planning, delivery and adoption.
• Build program roadmaps, manage dependencies and risks, and keep stakeholders aligned on priorities and timelines.
• Set up the metrics, goals and review cadence that show whether programs are delivering, and step in early when they aren't.
• Write clear, data-driven narratives that frame tradeoffs and drive decisions with senior leaders.
• Find opportunities to scale operations through automation, tooling and new mechanisms, and turn them into funded, delivered programs.
• Raise the bar on program management across the team, and mentor others on planning, execution and stakeholder management.
