Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a senior program manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives that scale AWS infrastructure worldwide. You will own end‑to‑end programs from idea through delivery, partnering with operations leaders, data center engineers, product teams and external partners.

You will build roadmaps, manage risks, measure adoption, craft data‑driven narratives for senior leadership, and look for automation and new mechanisms to raise the bar across the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and delivering results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, multi-team programs end to end, from defining scope and success criteria through planning, delivery and adoption.
• Build program roadmaps, manage dependencies and risks, and keep stakeholders across teams aligned on priorities and timelines.
• Set up the metrics, goals and review cadence that show whether programs are delivering, and step in early when they aren't.
• Write clear, data-driven narratives that frame tradeoffs and drive decisions with senior leaders.
• Find opportunities to scale operations through automation, tooling and new mechanisms, and turn them into funded, delivered programs.
• Raise the bar on program management across the team, and mentor others on planning, execution and stakeholder management.
