Steno Agency, Inc. is seeking a Field Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the operating rhythm for Field Marketing. This remote role focuses on intake, readiness, system hygiene, documentation, workflows, contracts, and process coordination across events and partnerships.

You will help maintain data integrity, build workflows in Asana and Slack automation, track approvals and budgets, and coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth program execution.

Formación

• 2-3 years in marketing operations, project coordination, or field/event marketing support.
• Hands-on with project management or CRM tools (Asana, HubSpot or similar).

Responsabilidades

• Manage Field Marketing intake and operational workflows across events, partnerships, and other field initiatives.
• Build and maintain operating systems — Asana workflows, projects, forms, reports; Slack automations; Guru docs; data cleanliness across platforms.
• Track program readiness — approvals, contracts, docs, timelines, handoffs; flag missing information.
• Support vendor onboarding, contracting, invoice/PO coordination, and budget tracking.
• Support lead capture readiness, event data reconciliation, and post-event reporting inputs.
• Maintain the master Field Marketing calendar for stakeholder visibility.
