Anthropic in San Francisco is seeking a Field Marketing Manager, Tech Partnerships to own the ongoing comarketing relationship with strategic partners like Salesforce. You will build and run joint marketing plans, manage MDF funds, and turn large partnership agreements into pipeline-generating field programs — including executive summits and co-branded activations worldwide.

You will extend partner programs, measure pipeline attribution, and ensure brand integrity across activities.

Qualifications

• Ownership of a comarketing relationship with a large strategic partner.
• Track record of executive-level field programs: summits, activations, dinners.
• Strong relationship-building skills while upholding brand and spend.
• Comfort building in ambiguity and drafting the playbook.
• Rigor on measurement with pipeline attribution.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day comarketing relationship with Salesforce; be the consistent Anthropic voice.
• Build joint marketing plans with each partner, with goals and success metrics.
• Manage joint marketing development funds (MDF): allocation, spend tracking, compliance, and reporting.
• Design and execute flagship joint moments — executive summits, workshops, and co-branded activations.
• Extend partner programs through the broader ecosystem and shared partners.
• Measure partner-sourced and -influenced pipeline and a health scorecard.
• Protect the brand with guidelines and approvals; maintain aligned messaging.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to keep the partner experience coherent.
