Job summary

Spin.AI is seeking a senior Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute field marketing initiatives across Spin.AI, Revyz, and DoControl. You will plan and run 35+ events annually across the US, EMEA, APAC, Canada, and LATAM, managing budgets, vendors, and on-site execution while aligning with broader GTM strategies.

You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing, leveraging AI-driven workflows to boost pipeline and brand impact, while ensuring measurable results and strong cross-functional

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in field marketing or B2B events.
• 3–5+ years owning events end to end (strategy, budget, vendor selection, onsite, follow-up).
• Experience with international events (EMEA, APAC, LATAM) and remote execution via local partners.
• Proven ability to drive pipeline through events and integration with GTM plans.
• AI-driven workflows to streamline planning, research, reporting, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Run a full annual calendar of 35+ events across regions, including conferences, trade shows, and regional meets.
• Own planning, coordination, and execution across Spin.AI, Revyz, and DoControl.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, sponsorships, vendors, budgets, and booth design.
• Collaborate with Sales on target accounts, outreach, meetings, and follow-up.
• Align field marketing with integrated campaigns and GTM priorities.
• Coordinate email, social media, paid channels, and partner communications.
• Build relationships with organizers, partners, vendors, customers, and stakeholders.
• Track attendance, engagement, meetings, opportunities, pipeline influence, and ROI.
• Negotiate contracts, optimize spend, and improve efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to engage cybersecurity and tech audiences with differentiated experiences.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline planning, research, reporting, and operations.
• Continuously evaluate performance and apply learnings to future programs.
