Unity seeks a strategic events leader to join our Global Events team as Sr. Field Marketing Events Manager. This role owns the global industry strategy and leads a team to translate strategy into measurable outcomes across regions.

You will partner with senior Sales, Marketing, and Product leaders, oversee budgets, and drive ROI with a data-driven approach while maintaining brand standards across AMER and EMEA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing, including experience leading global or multi-region event portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Own the global industry events strategy end-to-end, setting the vision, prioritization framework, and investment approach for trade shows, regional customer events, executive programs and partner activations in AMER and EMEA.
