Job summary

Unity in New York seeks a Sr. Field Marketing Events Manager to own the global industry events strategy and lead a multi-region team across AMER and EMEA.

You will translate strategy into measurable outcomes and scale an event portfolio with consistent brand standards, adapting to local markets. The role requires building a high-performing team, defining KPIs, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive pipeline.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing, including global/multi-region leadership.
• Proven track record building and scaling a global event portfolio with ROI measurement.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and external vendors.
• Ability to set global direction while guiding regional execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the global industry events strategy end-to-end, prioritizing and investing for AMER and EMEA.
• Manage and develop direct reports with clear goals and coaching.
• Build and evolve a cohesive global event portfolio aligned with brand standards.
• Define and track KPIs and reporting standards across regions.
• Partner with senior leaders to align events with pipeline and demand-generation priorities.
• Oversee global event budgets with Finance and Procurement.
