Job summary

Unity Technologies seeks an experienced Sr. Field Marketing Events Manager to own the global industry events strategy across AMER and EMEA, guiding regional programs and ensuring brand consistency while adapting to local markets.

You will develop and coach a team, define measurement standards, and partner with sales, marketing, and product leaders to drive pipeline and demand. This role requires travel and cross-functional leadership across regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing, including global or multi-region portfolios.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience with coaching and leadership responsibilities.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors across regions.
• Ability to balance strategic direction with executional excellence in a fast-changing, multi-region environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the global industry events strategy end-to-end, including vision, prioritization, and investment across trade shows and regional events.
• Develop and coach direct reports to execute independently in their regions.
• Define and track KPIs and measurement framework to compare performance across regions.
• Partner with senior leaders to align events strategy with pipeline and demand-generation priorities.
• Oversee budgets with Finance and Procurement and ensure adherence to guardrails.
