• Own events lifecycle from contract to post-event metrics review.

• Score ICP fit for events and make go/no-go decisions.
• Manage cost-per-meeting metrics across events.
• Negotiate with vendors and organizers for best value.
• Execute on-site logistics, shipping, travel timing and staging.
• Ensure full team coverage and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate booth coverage and post-event engagement.
• Turn events into repeatable systems with a playbook and reviews.
• Provide a clean dashboard with targets and actuals for leadership.
