Unity Technologies seeks an experienced event professional to join the Global Events team in AMER, focusing on field and experiential marketing for the Ads and Programmatic business in North America. You will own end-to-end planning, from venue sourcing to on-site execution and post-event analysis.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Ops to drive pipeline, managing registration and budgets, and ensuring events meet brand and business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing with pipeline-driving programs.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Field Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors/agencies.
• Strong ability to manage logistics and maintain strategic focus on business goals.
• Highly organized, able to juggle multiple concurrent programs and shifting priorities.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools to support event follow-up and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Own planning and execution of field marketing events across Ads and Programmatic business—trade shows, regional customer events, executive programs, and partner activations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Regional Marketing to support pipeline-driving events and demand generation.
• Lead planning and logistics: venue sourcing, contracting, vendors, catering, transportation, A/V, and on-site execution.
• Manage event registration and attendance tracking; coordinate post-event reporting, lead flow, and ROI measurement.
• Oversee assigned program budgets, including PO creation, approvals, and reconciliation with Finance.
