Nova Intelligence is seeking a Part-Time Field Marketer to bring the Nova brand to life at conferences and events worldwide. You will build relationships with enterprise prospects and customers, create memorable experiences, and represent our AI products through engaging stories and on-site demonstrations.

You will work with the founding team to tailor our narrative to diverse audiences, plan conference presence, and turn conversations into lasting relationships.

• Experience building communities or networks (e.g., sororities, student groups)
• Comfortable approaching new people and speaking to groups
• Creative and resourceful with a knack for engaging audiences
• Organized and dependable with attention to detail and adaptability
• Eagerness to learn about AI and explain complex products
• Thrives in an early‑stage environment and takes initiative
• Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours around events

Mansioni

• Travel to conferences around the world roughly once a month or more to represent Nova and connect with enterprise prospects and customers
• Host gatherings and introductions to make guests feel welcome and connected to Nova
• Develop creative activations and experiences to attract attention and start conversations
• Plan and run Nova’s presence at conferences, handling logistics and on-site execution
• Be the face of the brand through in-person interactions, product showcases, and on‑camera content
• Create tailored content linking Nova’s features to enterprise challenges
• Partner with sales to capture insights and convert relationships into opportunities
