Nova Intelligence is seeking a Part-Time Field Marketer to bring our AI brand to life at conferences and events around the world. You will travel internationally, host gatherings, greet guests, make introductions, and connect prospects and customers with Nova.

You will collaborate with the founding team to showcase our products, tailor our story to diverse audiences, and create memorable experiences that spark conversations and turn them into lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience organizing communities and bringing people together, whether through sororities, student organizations, or more
• Comfortable approaching new people, speaking to groups, and building relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders
• Creative and resourceful, with a knack for making people curious and getting them involved
• Organized and dependable, with the ability to manage details and adapt when plans change
• Excited to learn about AI and explain technical products in clear, compelling language
• Thrives in an early-stage environment and takes initiative without needing a fully established playbook
• Available for international travel and flexible hours around events, including occasional evenings and weekends

Responsabilités

• Travel to conferences around the world roughly once a month or more to represent Nova and connect with enterprise prospects and customers
• Host happy hours and other gatherings, greet guests, make introductions, and help prospects and customers feel welcome and connected to Nova
• Develop creative stunts, activations, and experiences that attract attention and start meaningful conversations
• Help plan and run Nova's presence at conferences, including logistics, programming, and on-site execution
• Be a face of the brand through in-person interactions, product showcases, and on-camera content
• Create tailored content that connects Nova's features to the challenges different enterprises face
• Partner with the sales team to capture insights, coordinate follow-up, and turn event relationships into opportunities

We are hiring a Part-Time Field Marketer to bring Nova to life at conferences and events around the world. You will build relationships with prospects and customers, create memorable experiences that draw people to Nova, and represent our brand to enterprises working on some of the world's most important problems.

This role combines community building, creative marketing, and hands-on event execution. You'll work closely with the founding team to showcase our AI products, tailor our story to different audiences, and turn conversations into lasting relationships. The role requires international travel, with working hours concentrated around conferences and events.
