Aufgaben

• Perform onsite guidance to customers and installation teams for pedestal packages and vibration/stiffness testing.
• Ensure proper mounting of pedestals and seismic restraints per lithography equipment manufacturers' criteria.
• Maintain and secure company property (vehicles, tools, devices).
• Uphold safety and access credentials on customer sites.
• Elevate installation issues to senior technicians or Install Manager for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and reports per Fulcrum and customer requirements.
• Conduct pre-installation site surveys.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a clean room environment and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor tools to meet cleanroom protocol requirements and keep tools on hand.
• Book domestic and international business trips and manage travel arrangements per policy.
• Complete expense reports and other administrative duties per policies.
