Job summary

Fulcrum Technologies is seeking a Field Install Technician to support installation of pedestal packages in clean rooms, with extensive travel. You will guide customers and contingency teams during installation, pre-install surveys, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

This role requires up to 80% travel and the ability to operate across North America and internationally, with emphasis on documentation and customer service.

Qualifications

• Field service experience in clean room environments is required.
• Willing to travel globally up to 80% for installation services.
• Maintain facilities, vehicles, tools, and records per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite guidance to customers and their installation support contingent workers for pedestal package installation and testing.
• Ensure correct placement and mounting of pedestals and seismic restraint components per lithography equipment specs.
• Maintain tools, equipment, vehicles, and security of company property; ensure safety on customer sites.
• Uphold high standards of conduct to maintain access credentials for customer sites.
• Elevate installation issues to senior technicians or Install Manager for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and reports as required by Fulcrum and customers.
• Perform pre-installation site surveys.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a clean room environment and manage customer satisfaction.
• Keep tools compliant with cleanroom protocols and ensure required tools are on hand.
• Book domestic and international travel according to Fulcrum Travel policy; process expenses.
