• Working knowledge of signal flow and contribution workflows in live broadcast environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 10+ field engineers supporting 24/7 broadcast and IT services.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Ensure compliance with processes and identify service improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations leaders to plan staffing and strengthen cross-functional partnerships.
• Drive adoption of new field technology and best practices in line with global strategies.
• Perform hands-on engineering during remote productions when required.
