Job summary

Micron Technology in Seattle is seeking a Field Applications Engineer Manager and Global Technical Lead to act as the primary technical liaison for key customers and to guide cross‑functional teams toward design wins and revenue success. You will drive global technical engagement, coordinate FAE teams, and partner with customers to define system architecture and integration strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in memory or storage (DRAM, HDD, SSD) engineering, validation, or applications.
• Experience with system architecture, integration, testing, and troubleshooting in datacenter or compute environments.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing direct or virtual teams.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead global technical engagement, driving alignment, design wins, and revenue enablement.
• Manage and coordinate FAE teams and cross‑functional partners to deliver consistent worldwide support.
• Partner with customers to define system architecture, memory configurations, and integration strategies.
