Job summary

Micron Technology is a world leader in memory and storage solutions, seeking a Field Applications Engineer Manager and Global Technical Lead to serve as the primary technical liaison for key customers and guide global technical engagement.   • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of memory or storage engineering, validation, or applications
  • Experience with system architecture, integration, testing, and troubleshooting in datacenter or compute environments
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing direct or virtual teams
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools
  • Experience supporting global customers across multiple regions
  • Knowledge of both DRAM and storage technologies in production environments
  • Background influencing product or system design through customer insights
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior and executive-level stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in memory or storage (DRAM, HDD, SSD) engineering, validation, or applications
  • Experience with system architecture, integration, testing, and troubleshooting in datacenter or compute environments
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing direct or virtual teams
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting global customers across multiple regions
  • Knowledge of both DRAM and storage technologies in production environments
  • Background influencing product or system design through customer insights
  • Experience working cross‑functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams
  • Ability to engage effectively with senior and executive‑level stakeholders

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $147,000–$287,000.
