Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Experience leading customer-facing technical organizations.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor technologies, foundry ecosystems, design flows, and design-win processes.
• Proven success supporting strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a world-class team of Field Application Engineers supporting GF's largest strategic accounts.
• Drive the technical strategy behind design wins and major customer engagements.
• Influence customer roadmaps and align GF's differentiated solutions to future market opportunities.
• Translate customer requirements into business opportunities that drive growth and market share.
• Lead customer engagements from initial evaluation through tapeout, production ramp, and lifecycle support.
