Syneos Health seeks a Sr Global Feasibility Lead dedicated to sponsor partners across the UK, Poland, Spain or the US. Lead RFP and paid feasibility studies, coordinating with sponsor teams and internal stakeholders to shape study feasibility and site selection.

This role requires independence in a virtual, global environment, strong English communication, and the ability to translate data into actionable decisions.

Qualifikationen

• BS/BA in Science with emphasis in medical research
• Fluent English; strong written and verbal communication
• Independent work in virtual and team environments
• Knowledge of CRO/Pharma industry principles
• Ability to present complex data and analyses
• Advanced Microsoft Office and online research skills
• Mentoring and training capabilities
• Flexibility for travel and variable hours

Aufgaben

• Lead feasibility assessments for RFPs and paid feasibility across indications
• Manage multiple assignments concurrently across therapeutic areas
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and propose approaches
• Coordinate with sponsors, protocol, and timelines for RFPs
• Mentor junior staff and support department operations
• Prepare materials for bid defenses and meetings
• Develop metrics to measure the impact of feasibility and recruitment
• Maintain comprehensive records and data libraries
• Evaluate informatics tools for feasibility assessment
