Job summary

Ketjen is expanding its FCC data analytics capabilities to empower global technical, commercial, and regional teams with data-driven insights and scalable tools. The role focuses on building digital workflows, dashboards, and analytical models to support pre-sales, post-sales monitoring, and performance benchmarking.

You will collaborate with IT and data engineering to ensure robust, scalable platforms and deliver training to international teams on new capabilities, bridging FCC domain knowledge

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Data Analytics, CS, or Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience involving data analysis.
• Strong affinity for digital systems, data modeling, and data connectivity frameworks.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and commercial functions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain digital platforms, toolkits, and analytical models supporting FCC activities.
• Build and enhance standardized FCC tools for pre-sales, catalyst optimization, and post-sales monitoring.
• Provide input into performance models, mass balance tools, and benchmarking methodologies.
• Collaborate with regional teams to translate insights into digital solutions.
• Lead training and onboarding of global teams to adopt new digital capabilities.
