Job summary

Ketjen Corporation seeks a seasoned FCC Finance Leader to serve as the senior finance partner to FCC leadership. You will own the integrated financial view, drive planning, forecasting, and performance management, and support decisions with rigorous analysis.

You will analyze revenue, margins, and capital, partnering with Commercial and Operations Finance to optimize pricing, profitability, and cash generation. This role demands strategic problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, including significant business finance and P&L leadership.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, commercial, and operational performance drivers.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and partner across business, commercial, operations, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for the FCC business.
• Own the integrated financial view of the FCC business and translate strategy into financial plans.
• Provide actionable recommendations on financial implications, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Develop scenarios and business cases to clarify returns, sensitivities, and risks.
