Job summary

Ketjen Corporation is seeking an FCC Data Analytics Specialist to lead digital systems development and toolkits for FCC technical services and commercial activities. The role focuses on data analytics, modeling, and scalable workflows that drive data-driven solutions for customers worldwide.

You will collaborate with IT, R&D, and commercial teams to implement new analytics methods and train global staff on the iKet toolset, with a preference for FCC experience.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in data analytics, CS, or engineering.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience (FCC and/or Databricks ideal).
• Strong affinity for digital systems, data modeling, and data connectivity frameworks.
• Strong PM and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication across technical and commercial functions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain digital platforms, toolkits, and analytical models supporting FCC services and commercial activities.
• Build and enhance standardized FCC tools for pre-sales, catalyst optimization, bidding, and post-sales monitoring.
• Collaborate with IT and data engineering to ensure robust, scalable, and secure systems.
• Provide input into FCC performance models, mass balance tools, kinetic models, and benchmarking methodologies.
• Lead training of global teams to adopt new digital capabilities.
• Define digital workflows delivering high-value customer service globally.
