Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience with P&L leadership.
• Experience leading planning, forecasting, and decision support for a business.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and partner across functions.
• Proven track record of translating finance data into actionable business decisions.
• Excellent communication of complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior finance partner to FCC leadership and own the integrated financial view.
• Lead planning, forecasting, performance management, and resource allocation.
