Job summary

Elevate, a global sports and entertainment agency, seeks an International Marketing Fan Engagement Manager to grow the 49ers' global fan base through international chapters and world-class fan experiences.

You will lead multi-market fan communities, manage international events from concept to post-event analysis, collaborate with market teams and vendors, and align fans with the 49ers brand across key markets.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in fan engagement, event management, experiential marketing, international marketing, sports, or entertainment.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent events and lead on-site execution in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication, relationship-building, client service, and problem-solving skills across cultures and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the growth and development of 49ers Fan Chapters globally and strengthen fan communities in international markets.
Serve as the primary liaison for global fan relations with fan chapter presidents and international fans.
Develop and execute innovative fan engagement programs with international market teams to grow the global fan base.
Lead planning and execution of international fan events from concept to completion, including timelines and vendor management.
Coordinate across internal stakeholders, market partners, and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
Manage on-site event operations, load-in/out, guest experience, and post-event reconciliation.
Track attendance and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for future improvement.
