United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Global Supply Manager to own Falcon/Dragon commodity sourcing from strategy to award. You will partner with engineering, planning, and finance to ensure continuity of supply and cost targets across prototype to rate production.

You will lead RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, negotiate terms, and build a roadmap for future rate changes while mentoring junior team members. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or 4+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing, or related field; or a bachelor’s with 6+ years; or 10+ years total experience.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or high-rate manufacturing supply chain.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute global supply agreements and sourcing strategy for Falcon/Dragon commodities; ensure partners are ready for prototype to production.
• Own continuity of supply from concept through end of life, including dual-sourcing and risk escalation.
• Lead RFI, RFP, RFQ processes with cross-functional teams; evaluate bids and award contracts.
• Negotiate price, terms, lead time, and contract vehicles; manage POs to meet cost targets with quality.
