Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate real estate or workplace strategy.
• Director-level leadership experience with budgets, governance, and cross-functional decision-making.
• Experience leading complex capital projects and workplace transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for corporate real estate and space utilization across the global portfolio.
• Lead complex capital projects from concept through closeout.
• Develop business cases and governance materials for executive review.
• Oversee global space planning, occupancy analytics, and standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of space planning professionals (3).
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Procurement on transactions and vendor management.
