Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Miami seeks a Sr. Director, Global Workforce Strategy & Planning to lead the development of global governance, workforce strategy, and location assessments to optimize staffing and growth.

You will partner with senior leadership to design KPIs, manage cross-functional programs, drive change management, and deliver data-driven insights for offshoring, nearshoring, and outsourcing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business related field; Masters or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years managing global cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of the cruise industry.
• Ability to translate business vision into tactical strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
• Ability to implement measurable goals and objectives under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of global workforce strategies aligned with business goals.
• Define enterprise KPIs and governance frameworks for labor decisions.
• Lead location strategy, workforce planning, and data modeling for outsourcing efforts.
• Develop governance tools to support long-term workforce strategy.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and cross-functional teams for data-driven decisions.
• Partner with GBS Leadership to deliver strategic vision and value propositions.
• Oversee process flows for requests involving site changes and staffing needs.
• Coordinate with site managers and delivery teams on offshoring and outsourcing needs.
• Manage change management activities to ensure adoption of transitions.
• Communicate strategy, project status, and performance metrics to leadership.
