Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Technical Facilities and Project Manager to lead global workplace projects, ensure compliant design and efficient operations, and drive continuous improvement across building systems and security integration.

You will partner with regional teams, executives, and landlords to deliver scalable, sustainable solutions for 40+ locations, balancing cost, schedule, and quality while advancing energy performance and occupant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in facilities, design, engineering, construction, or project management, including multi‑phase initiatives.
• Experience reading architectural/engineering drawings, specs, and technical documentation.
• Strong budget, schedule, procurement, risk, and turnover management.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple workplace design, construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects from planning through turnover.
• Act as owner‑focused project lead balancing business objectives, employee experience, cost, and value.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, forecasts, procurement plans, and risk registers; drive corrective action.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors across regions and time zones; support site selection and due diligence.
• Lead operational readiness, turnover, and documentation including training and warranties.
