Base is seeking a Global Supply Manager to own strategy and procurement for services and partners supporting Base sites nationwide. You will lead sourcing for facility services, HVAC, utilities, furniture, signage, and office essentials, negotiating nationwide agreements to secure better pricing and consistent service at scale.

Qualifications

• Ownership mindset and accountability to build a world-class procurement function.
• Fast learner, able to operate with ambiguity and self-start in a dynamic startup.
• Strong communication skills to influence site leaders, operators, and suppliers without formal authority.
• Analytical and commercial instincts with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Background in procurement, sourcing, facilities mgmt, operations, finance, or consulting preferred; multi-site spend is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for Base warehouses and related services.
• Negotiate nationwide/regional agreements to ensure consistent pricing and terms.
• Build and maintain a preferred vendor list and site playbook for rapid onboarding.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including MSAs and SLAs; reduce risk.
• Run RFPs/RFQs, benchmark pricing, and suggest optimal commercial structures.
• Partner with Workplace Operations, Deployments, Real Estate & Construction, Finance, Legal, and site leaders.
• Conduct regular supplier scorecard reviews and provide feedback to drive improvements.
• Travel periodically to Base sites to understand needs and support new site launches.
