Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead multi-location facilities and infrastructure projects in Broomfield, CO.

You will drive detailed schedules, budgets, dashboards, and resource plans for hardware R&D and facilities programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with roadmap targets. You will manage risk, policies, and performance through regular reviews and proactive issue resolution, while maintaining safe, sustainable execution and thorough

Qualifications

Must have milestone-driven technical program management experience.
Experience coordinating R&D hardware, facilities, construction or site ops.
US Person status required by contractual needs.

Responsibilities

Lead schedules, budgets, dashboards, resource plans for hardware R&D and facilities programs.
Drive on-time, in-scope, on-budget execution with risk management and issue resolution.
Organize cross-functional teams; act as primary integration point.
Lead status meetings, reviews, and retrospectives to monitor progress.
Communicate strategy, scope changes, risks, and progress to stakeholders via reports.
Identify opportunities to accelerate schedules and develop needed tech.
Improve program management processes for tracking schedules, budgets, risks.
Ensure programs align with goals while maintaining safe, sustainable execution.
Develop and maintain SOPs, drawings, test plans and results for compliance.
Support supply chain development and business continuity.
Perform other duties as assigned.
