Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. seeks a senior engineering project lead to oversee multiple programs within a global unit. You will interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments, and participate in planning to provide technical guidance in proposals.

You will contribute to engineering elements of capital estimates, review scope/budget changes, and ensure cross-functional alignment with PM, Procurement, Construction, Startup, ES&H and Project Controls. Direct studies and plant data books.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (or international equivalent).
• 13–15 years of relevant experience or 17–19 years in related work.
• Experience leading medium to large engineering programs in a global unit.
• Ability to oversee project planning, budgeting and execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple small projects or designated medium to large engineering assignments within a global unit.
• Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate engineering assignments.
• Participate in project planning prior to proposals to guide technical reviews.
• Provide input to and own engineering elements of project capital estimates and budgets.
• Review major changes in scope, budget, or schedule and advise on changes.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Procurement, Construction, Startup, ES&H and Project Controls.
• Direct preparation of project studies, reports, forecasts and plant data books.
