Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree minimum.
  • 6+ years of milestone-driven technical program management experience including coordination and delivery of R&D hardware, facilities, or site operations.
  • U.S. Person required (citizen, permanent resident, or green card holder).
  • National security requirements may restrict candidates who are PRC or Russian nationals without U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

  • Lead schedules, budgets, dashboards, resource plans, and work plans for hardware R&D and facilities programs.
  • Drive on-time, in-scope, on-budget execution through risk management under technical uncertainty.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as primary integration point.
  • Lead status meetings, reviews, and retrospectives to monitor progress and support decisions.
  • Communicate strategy, scope, risks, and progress via reports and dashboards.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate schedules or develop required technologies.
  • Implement and improve program management processes for tracking schedules, milestones, risks, and changes.
  • Ensure programs align with goals while maintaining safe, sustainable execution.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, SOPs, drawings, and test plans for compliance.
  • Support supply chain development to ensure continuity and advancement.
