About the Opportunity

Our client is a growing, global organization seeking a Global Real Estate & Facilities Operations Manager to oversee corporate workplace operations, facilities, and real estate initiatives across a distributed organization.

This role offers a unique combination of global program ownership and hands‑on site leadership. You will establish scalable workplace and facilities practices across multiple locations while directly overseeing the operations of a large corporate office in the North Dallas area.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys both the strategic and tactical sides of workplace operations. You should be comfortable developing processes and budgets, managing external partners, working with senior stakeholders, and stepping in personally when something needs to get done.

Key Responsibilities
Global Workplace & Facilities Operations
  • Develop and implement consistent workplace and facilities processes across a geographically distributed organization.
  • Serve as a central resource for facilities, workplace, real estate, and building‑related matters.
  • Partner with leaders and designated workplace contacts across locations to establish clear operating standards and expectations.
  • Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and spending plans for workplace and facilities operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and operating costs.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers, property partners, and other workplace vendors.
  • Evaluate and negotiate vendor agreements and monitor ongoing performance.
  • Support new office launches, relocations, expansions, and other workplace projects.
Headquarters Operations
  • Take ownership of day‑to‑day workplace operations at the company's North Dallas headquarters.
  • Partner with property management and building service providers to address maintenance, repairs, building conditions, and other facility needs.
  • Ensure the office is safe, functional, organized, and prepared to support employees and visitors.
  • Coordinate workplace logistics for meetings, events, visitors, and other company activities.
  • Oversee office deliveries, shipping, mail, supplies, and general workplace logistics.
  • Partner with internal teams to support employee engagement and workplace initiatives.
  • Help develop a positive, professional, and consistent employee experience within the office.
Safety, Security & Business Continuity
  • Develop and maintain workplace safety and emergency preparedness programs.
  • Coordinate safety training, communications, drills, and related activities.
  • Maintain procedures for emergency response and business continuity.
  • Partner with appropriate internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve safety concerns.
  • Oversee workplace access and physical security processes.
  • Coordinate employee access credentials and maintain appropriate access records.
  • Ensure workplace practices remain aligned with applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
Space & Workplace Management
  • Oversee office space planning, workstation assignments, moves, and reconfigurations.
  • Coordinate furniture, meeting room, common area, and workspace needs.
  • Maintain appropriate office supplies, equipment, and workplace amenities.
  • Ensure shared spaces remain clean, organized, and operational.
  • Oversee designated wellness, storage, and employee‑support spaces.
  • Partner with IT on workplace technology, connectivity, shared equipment, and other office infrastructure needs.
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in facilities management, workplace operations, corporate real estate, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting multiple corporate locations and working with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experience managing external vendors, contracts, budgets, and service providers.
  • Strong understanding of corporate workplace safety, security, and emergency preparedness.
  • Experience with office moves, expansions, renovations, or new‑site initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, executives, vendors, landlords, and cross‑functional partners.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A hands‑on, solutions‑oriented approach to workplace operations.
  • Ability to operate independently while also collaborating effectively across a global organization.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced or growing organization is preferred.
What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Hands‑on: You are willing to personally solve problems rather than simply delegate them.
  • Strategic: You can establish scalable programs and standards rather than managing each location reactively.
  • Highly organized: You can keep multiple sites, vendors, projects, and priorities moving simultaneously.
  • Collaborative: You build strong relationships across functions and locations.
  • Proactive: You identify issues before they become larger workplace or operational problems.
  • Resourceful: You are comfortable operating in an environment where processes are still evolving.

The organization offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

  • Competitive base salary and incentive opportunities
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits
  • Generous paid time off
  • Paid parental leave
  • Employee recognition programs
  • Employee engagement and community‑building initiatives
