Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a manufacturing supervisor in the United States, Pennsylvania region. You will direct day-to-day activities, lead a team, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency goals are met in a production setting.

The role involves coordinating maintenance resources, implementing process improvements, and supporting the training and operation of equipment at the site. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and room for growth within a global consumer health

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, Required
• 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, Required
• Previous experience in supervision, Required
• Experience in Manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes, Required
• Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field, Desired

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day activities and assign tasks as necessary
• Coordinate Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources
• Provide continuous improvement recommendations to improve processes and systems
• Assist production management in the maintenance, training, and operation of equipment
• Support maintenance functions at a given location
