Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Program Management Manager for the F-16 Program in the Aeronautics area. This role will lead cross-functional teams and direct all phases of programs from inception through completion, including cost, schedule and technical performance management for DCS and FMS efforts.

You will interface with multiple international customers, negotiate contracts, guide proposals and budgets, and ensure performance against master plans while developing future roadmaps for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing resources to meet commitments, milestones, and budgets.
• Experience building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Experience leading geographically diverse teams.
• PM experience including Baselining, EVM, R&M, CPT, SE/SI, and PLC.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Oversees cost, schedule and technical performance of programs.
• Participates in contract negotiations and prepares proposals and budgets.
• Acts as primary customer contact and leads program reviews.
