Job summary

GMRE is seeking a Program Manager to oversee aerospace engineering and avionics field services for F-16 modifications. You will plan, coordinate, and lead teams to install HSDN, MMC/PDG, RIP, CDU, HMIT, and SMDS upfits while aligning with DoD and USAF requirements.

The role requires deep knowledge of system acquisition, cost/schedule management, and preparation of acquisition and progress reports for program reviews and leadership oversight.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and leadership experience in DoD programs.
• Experience with DoD acquisition processes and program reviews.
• Knowledge of F-16 modification programs and TCTO activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and technical expertise for F-16 TCTOs and future modifications.
• Conduct training for new team members and maintenance personnel as required.
• Perform field diagnostics and repair components as necessary.
• Provide programmatic updates to senior leaders in GMRE and USAF.
