The ideal candidate understands digital experience platforms, CMS, and MarTech, and can translate complex product innovations into clear, compelling narratives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in public, external, or corporate communications.
• Experience in-house and at PR/communications agencies preferred.
• Experience in digital/MarTech, enterprise SaaS, or related technology categories preferred.
• Proven media relations success with strong relationships in business, tech, and MarTech press.
• Excellent writing and editing skills for media, executives, and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute external communications strategies to raise Sitecore's awareness.
• Build relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers across business, tech, and MarTech.
• Lead proactive media outreach around news, launches, customer stories, data announcements, and executive commentary.
• Collaborate with teams to develop differentiated stories and consistent messaging.
• Draft press releases, messaging frameworks, media pitches, Q&A, talking points, blogs, and briefs.
• Translate technical topics into concise external narratives.
• Drive executive visibility through media interviews and speaking engagements.
• Manage PR agencies, scope, priorities, budget, and results.
• Track coverage, share of voice, and overall impact.
• Support reactive communications and issues management when needed.
