Job summary

LHH is seeking an External Communications Specialist who can craft compelling narratives to strengthen brand reputation, engage stakeholders, and support strategic objectives through high-quality written and multimedia content.

You will lead external programs, manage media relations, develop executive communications, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or journalism.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience with LinkedIn and executive voice development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit external communications materials (press releases, pitches, advisories, talking points, speeches).
• Lead executive LinkedIn program and strengthen thought leadership and brand visibility.
• Support media relations with pitches, press kits, backgrounders, and messaging.
• Monitor media coverage and industry trends to inform communications.
