Job summary

Amazon.com is seeking qualified Program Manager candidates to join our Cross Border Exports Logistics team. This role focuses on capacity planning, KPI development, and continuous improvement across a growing international supply chain for the Amazon Haul store.

You will partner with internal teams and 3P providers to deliver value and scale operations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in program management, data analysis, and advanced Excel/SQL skills, and is comfortable coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

Responsibilities

• Managing tactical and strategic capacity planning for supply chains from China to the US and a rapidly growing list of international destinations
• Developing KPIs and mechanisms for stakeholder engagement to improve supply chain and 3P operation performance
• Curating MBR, WBRs, QBRs, and OP processes for the Amazon Haul store, reporting up to the CEO of Amazon Stores
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives across a growing production planning team
• Thinking big and developing a vision for responsibly growing the business operations org to provide maximum value for the launch of the Amazon Haul store
• Experience with 3P warehouse staffing, carriers, and Amazon-developed External Fulfillment WMS is highly sought after. Internal candidates, please reference this in your informational request.
