You will coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and clients, delivering timely customer service and accurate tracking throughout the export process. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years in international freight forwarding or export operations, with AES filings experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years in international freight forwarding or export operations.
• Experience with AES filings and export compliance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export shipments for assigned accounts.
• Prepare and process export documentation (bills of lading, invoices, certificates of origin, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and international regulations (AES filings, government requirements).
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, overseas agents, and customers to move shipments.
• Provide shipment updates and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
• Negotiate transportation and logistics rates with service providers.
• Maintain accurate shipment records in internal systems.
• Support quality, security, and compliance initiatives.
