Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Logistics, Transportation, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, international business, exports, or related field.
• Working knowledge of international trade regulations, customs requirements, export documentation, and global supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process export documentation to support international shipments.
• Ensure shipping documents comply with customs, trade regulations, and company requirements.
• Verify shipment details and resolve documentation issues to prevent delays.
• Partner with logistics providers, customs brokers, and internal teams to facilitate global operations.
• Support customs clearance activities and maintain records for compliance and audits.
• Continuously improve documentation processes and support safety and GMP standards.
• Leverage logistics and international business experience to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
